We are looking for a passionate marine industry Regional Sales Manager with a history of territory development and dealer management expertise. Manufacturer-to-dealer-to-consumer specialist with outgoing, winning personality. A strong history of new business development as well as retail boat dealership recruiting, training and product support with a focused drive.

 

Responsibilities

 

- Develop and implement sales plans to achieve annual regional sales targets

- Analyze boat market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders

- Organize and leverage trade shows

- Expand distribution and negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with new customers

 

Qualifications

 

- Good knowledge of the boat market and distribution in the US and Canada, passion for nautical world

- Proven experience in sales

- Ability to analyze customer sales and stock dynamics and develop adequate plans. Taste for numbers, forecasting and planning

-Excellent negotiation and communication skills, ability to build personal rapport with customers
